Get Better is a personal development platform that provides tools for tracking your Life Quality Score (LQS) across four pillars: Mindfulness, Calling, System, and Vibration. The Service includes assessment tools, progress tracking, AI-guided coaching, and vision board creation.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep this information updated.
Get Better offers various subscription tiers including Get Better Free, Get Better Pro, Get Better LT, and Get Better Platinum plans. Each plan provides different features and access levels as described on our pricing page. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to the Get Better framework, LQS methodology, and related materials, are owned by Get Better Lab and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, including assessment data, notes, and vision board content. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process this content to provide the Service to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Get Better Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
